PAS provides a platform for sharing workgroup applications addressing a wide range of business needs. Examples include business-critical functions like project management, or more focused initiatives like organizing models, schedules or marketing collateral.
Is PAS easy to use? - Yes. PAS is developed with the everyday user in mind. You don't need to be an IT pro - you can get a PAS application up and running in just hours. No programming is required. If you're familiar with spreadsheets, you'll feel right at home using PAS.
How does PAS work? - To get started, simply login into PAS online workgroup applications, then customize it to suit your needs and your workflow. When you're ready, add your existing data. It's simple to import data from spreadsheets or other sources. Next, decide who you want to share the application with and what level of control you want to give them over the information. You can then send an invitation inviting team members to log in and start using the PAS application.
Do I need to install software on my computer? - No. PAS is completely Web-based. All you need is an Internet connection and a web browser.
Where is my information stored? - All PAS applications and the information within them are remotely stored and hosted on Agenda Media web servers, which are monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our customers know they can rely on PAS to protect their valuable information because the industry-standard practices we employ. These include SSL encryption to protect information during transmission over the Internet and back-up and recovery systems that ensure PAS is ready to use anytime, anywhere.

For example, it’s easy to change field names, modify reports, or set rules for when team members receive reminders or notifications.
How do I upload my existing documents or information? - PAS offers an import feature that makes it easy for members of your workgroup to add data (Images, music files, documents, etc...) to the PAS application.
What are the reporting capabilities? - PAS reports are powerful and flexible, providing the customized information that members of your team need, at-a-glance. You can quickly and easily create and modify reports yourself - without having to rely on IT to pull the reports for you.

Sharing with PAS
Who can my workgroup share applications with? - PAS enables your workgroup to easily share information with anyone who has an internet connection or browser, either inside or outside your company. This includes fellow employees, clients, partners or vendors.
Can I control who can view or modify information? - The administrator of an application can specify and control permissions over which individuals or sub-groups can view, modify, add or delete information.
How does PAS keep everyone on the team informed and up-to-date? - To promote better workflow, communication and collaboration, members of your workgroup can set up a wide range of communications specific to their applications. These include email notifications of changes or new documents, and activity reminders.
