• How do I access the system?
  We provide you a URL and a Username and Password.
• How do I add users?
  Administrators have a unique administration area where they add users, define privileges, and assign usernames and passwords.
• What if I need more disk space, can I get it?
  Yes. You can purchase additional disk space when you need it at any time.
• How does MAM-Pro protect my files once they are in the system?
  We perform system backups weekly. We also offer a backup service which includes the shipment of CD/DVD media to your business address.
• Does MAM-Pro works with the third party tools that I use?
  Most organizations use many different tools when dealing with digital assets. MAM-Pro archives original files without altering them. The files can be transferred to any 3rd party tool (Adobe, etc.) that can open the file type. We support most file types including JPG, GIF, PNG, ZIP, Quicktime, Flash, AVI, MPEG, MP3, and many more.
• How does MAM-Pro transfer files to the server?
  It uses a powerful utility that enables the user to expose files on your local drive or network drive and to upload multiple files in a single step.
• Can I compress files and save disk space?
  With MAM-Pro and its file download utility it automatically compresses files before it stores them.
• Are my Digital Assets secure?
  Yes, files are stored on a secure server which is accessible via a user ID and password in a protected database and application.

• Collaborators: For users that collaborate in projects. Training time: 15 to 30 minutes, depending on which functions you plan to use.
• Occasional Users: Those users simply logging in to find and download a file, view a schedule, or provide an approval. Training time: No training is typically needed.
