Rights Management

Authentication
NT Authentication through IIS to automatically retrieve a user’s information that checks against a directory using a LDAP protocol.
Repurposing
Allows users to convert files from one format to another as well as alter the size of the file on the fly. The system stores one source file for each asset that will create preset download types and sizes.
Submissions
Users other than administrators may submit files with data to an administrator to review and post if approved.
Secured Levels of Access
User groups may vary in what they can and cannot access as well as what functionality they see.
Multiple File Type Compatibility
Accepts all Adobe file types, Microsoft Office, Video, Sound
Meta Data
There is no limit to how many meta data fields the system may accept. Meta Data may be assigned to a group of files and/or individual files.
Shopping Cart
When ordering multiple files, the files are downloaded into one folder and zipped.
Reporting
All activity is tracked. Reports to indicate which files have been downloaded and how many times and user activity are available. |
